What a fantastic experience - sausage making at Stoneygate Farm . After a brief intro we created our own recipes, then 'mastered' the art of stuffing and linking, and came home with 2kg of sausages and patties. Cooked the breakfast one this morning - delicious! Expert tuition from Malcolm and Josh, and lovely refreshments from Bernadette. Thanks to all at Stoneygate for allowing us to share this experience, we would highly recommend it. We are also excited that Stoneygate are hoping to join us at Barney Farmers market from March.
