Black Garlic and mushroom risotto.
Having never cooked with Black Garlic I was intrigued - in this simple risotto the flavours of Black Garlic come through as mushroom and liquorice. Mushroom and spring onion were added to keep it light - delicious, now I need to find more Black Garlic recipes and also have a try at making the Black Garlic as our garlic crop this year has been amazing
