An Unashamedly Decadent Cereal!
Rachael’s Kitchen was born in the autumn of 2011, in the picturesque Cumbrian village of Crosby Ravensworth. Rachael and husband Ian had made the move up the M6 from south Manchester, in order that their three young sons could benefit from an excellent education, and enjoy a quality of life that the family were lacking in the big city.
In the time honoured fashion they bought the big old rambling 17th Century vicarage, rendered in pink (!) and settled down to doing up the house, and enjoying an idyllic peaceful country lifestyle.
In her previous life Rachael had run her own successful cookery school, having graduated from the prestigious Leith’s cookery school. She had cooked professionally with some of the most renowned chefs, ranging from Rick Stein to Anton Mosimann.
